How to make a smashing batch of crêpes!

Very simple! (Thank you to for this recipe)

4 Eggs
1 cup Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Whip it all up nicely in a bowl, allow batter to sit for
10-30 minutes, and then proceed to use approximately 1/2 
cup (if the base of your pan is approximately 1 foot in 
diameter).  Nonstick pans work well.  Lightly grease 
pan initially for first crêpe.
