How to make a smashing batch of spätzle
It's so terribly simple:
Mix: 500g flour, 5 eggs, and ~200ml water.
Squeeze these through a device (which looks exactly like an oversized
garlic press) into pot of boiling water and let boil for 1 minute.
Done!
